When you visit us, you’ll experience not just expert veterinary care, but a team that treats you and your pet like family—making every visit a comfortable and caring experience.

Dr Candice Elliott

Special vet Interests:
Preventative health care and wellness, as well as medicine work-ups.
Candice is passionate about helping pets live their healthiest lives through proactive care and thorough medical investigations when needed. Her approach combines compassion, attention to detail, and a strong belief in wellness-focused veterinary medicine.
Outside the clinic, Candice enjoys running, exploring the outdoors with her dogs, and finding quiet getaways in nature. She shares her home with a fluffy ginger cat and two lovable mixed-breed rescue dogs.

Dr Emma von Klemperer

Special vet Interests:
Dermatology and feline medicine (including the feisty cats!)
Emma thrives on the challenge of diagnosing and treating tricky skin conditions and has a soft spot for cats of all temperaments.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking mountain trails with her family and dogs, diving into a good book, or practicing her knitting skills. Her beloved pets include Edward, a resilient tripod Collie cross; Chutney, a spirited dachshund-retriever mix; and two charismatic rats, Ash and Sparky.

Dr Jacqui Alexander

Special vet Interests:
Surgery and complex medical cases
Jacqui enjoys the balance between the precision of surgery and the detective work of internal medicine. Her calm, skilled approach puts both pets and their owners at ease.
At home, Jacqui is part of a busy, animal-loving household. Married to a fellow vet and mom to two kids, her pet family includes three dogs, four cats, guinea pigs, a hamster, chickens, quail, and tropical fish. She loves horse riding, gardening, running, and outdoor adventures with her children and dogs.

Dr Pam Allen

Special vet Interests:
Internal medicine, ultrasound, and client education on pet care
Pam has lived in Hout Bay for over 15 years and brings a thoughtful, compassionate presence to her work. She’s passionate about diagnostics and helping pet owners make informed decisions to keep their animals healthy. She also volunteers her time at a local animal welfare clinic.
Outside of work, Pam can be found on the trails with her dogs, in the garden, or horse riding. She’s committed to sustainable living and enjoys finding ways to reduce her environmental impact. Her animal family includes three cats, three dogs, and a flock of chickens.

DR Jono Roberts

Special vet interests:
Jono is a dedicated veterinarian with a strong passion for surgery, complex medical cases, behavioural medicine, and the compassionate palliative care of senior pets.
Outside of the clinic, life is equally full—he’s married to a fellow vet and a hands-on dad to a lively toddler. At home, Jono shares his space with a joyful menagerie: two miniature schnauzers, a quirky Italian greyhound/Whippet mix named Greg, a spirited blonde Yorkie, and three beloved rescue cats. When he’s not caring for animals or chasing after his toddler, you’ll find Jono running trails, hiking with the dogs, or tackling DIY projects around the house.
